01 · Consulting

Know exactly what to fix, and what it is worth.

An engineering look at your plant, with numbers your board can approve.

Existing plant

Legacy controllers, unplanned stops, lines nobody can program anymore. We map the installed base, measure the cost of each stop and rank what to modernize first.

New project

New lines and expansions are decided in the engineering phase. We join early and write the automation specification, so the plant starts up right the first time.

What you receive

  • On-site plant diagnostic
  • Downtime cost and return on investment
  • Modernization roadmap in phases
  • Automation architecture and specification
  • Support choosing and buying equipment
  • Industry 4.0 readiness assessment

Retrofit

Old machine, new frontier.

Most legacy lines don't need to go to scrap. Replace the obsolete controller, connect the line, train the people who run it. Often for less than buying new.

Method

How we work

  1. 01

    Plant diagnostic

We walk your lines with your team, measure downtime and map what works and what doesn't.

  2. 02

    Roadmap with costs

A written plan with priorities, investment and expected return. You decide where to start.

  3. 03

    Pilot

One line or one machine, a short deadline and goals agreed before we start.

  4. 04

    Implementation

Retrofit or new automation, scheduled around your production so the line keeps shipping.

  5. 05

    Training and follow-up

Your team learns to run and maintain it. We come back at 30, 60 and 90 days.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Do we have to stop production?

Rarely for long. We plan the work around your shifts and maintenance windows, in phases, so the line keeps shipping.

Which brands do you work with?

Siemens, Rockwell Automation, ABB, Schneider Electric, WEG, Mitsubishi Electric, Omron, GE, Honeywell and others, plus HMI and SCADA platforms such as AVEVA and Elipse. We recommend what fits your line, your budget and your team.

Our machines are old. Do we need new ones?

Often not. A controller migration and a network upgrade can give an old machine years of life. The diagnostic shows which machines are worth keeping.

Can we start small?

Yes. A pilot on one line or one machine, with goals agreed before we start.

Who trains my people, and how long does it take?

Programs run 16 to 40 hours each, on your site, hybrid or online, built around your own equipment.

What happens after go-live?

We stay. Support and follow-up are part of the project, not an extra you have to chase.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of the plant and the scope. The diagnostic comes first and ends with a written proposal, so you know the investment before any work starts.
